Personally I think the stutter approach isn't always going to be the best response to talking about your sister. It's fine here, where she's just curious. I think it would be better if when discussing matter involving your sister you be a bit more... forceful. She's someone important to you, and you wont have anyone talking shit about her. Plus you've implied that part of your 'social anxiety' comes from seperation from your sister, and in general people social problems are overly defencive of the things they love.

Giggle a bit and say all those letters must take her a while. Does she really give them all a fair read? Do some of them ask for help too? Don't act too smooth here... but I doubt you could anyway.

Then serious up a bit and start on the low priority ones for them.

Dear president,
There are a few some things that worry me. I don't know who else to ask. I'll just get to the point:
Recently I heard that using tampons increases the chance of internal infection because it keeps it open, but I also heard that pads can cause rashes and external infection.
Are these claims true?
Do you know which is the least risky to use? Or which do you prefer?
Thank you in advance,
Elisabeth L.

right, type up 'tampons only increase risk chance if worn improperly. when worn properly they do not increase the opening by any noticeable amount. flip-wise, pads cause rashes when they too are worn wrong. just make sure your choice is kept properly and don't get sloppy with it and you should be fine.'

And I have good news for you; Neither product is dangerous to your health if used correctly. You should use whichever suits you personally.
Wishing you the best,
